Oh yeah. My plan sends those out, too. I’m actually glad I did it. And ever since, I feel like I’m getting more personalized service.

It just feels like a lot of questions and pretty personal. Makes me uncomfortable sharing all this with an insurance company.

Actually, I learned I'm at risk for a health issue and they connected me to a doctor who helped me. It may have saved me a lot of trouble. All because I answered a few questions.

I get that, but your health plan's job is to help you stay healthy. It makes sense you'd have to share a bit about yourself—it'll help connect you to the care you need!
