Step 1:
Start by applying for Medicare Parts A (Hospital coverage) and B (Medical coverage).
Visit the SSA website to apply.
If you are receiving Social Security benefits your Medicare card will typically be sent automatically.
You can skip step 1 and go to step 2.

Step 2:
Once you have Medicare Parts A and B, use our easy online form to enroll in a KP Medicare health plan to obtain parts C and D.
If you qualify for employer or union benefits, make sure to contact your benefits office to confirm your eligibility and enrollment requirements.
